I am now currently trying to withdraw my balance of 9.5 K and at first they requested my to send verification like my bank statement and such. I than send my bank statement back to them and now they have temporary suspended my account as they have told me thru live chat. I would like to know have anyone else experienced this and would my account be accessible again? And for betting limits, would they lift it? Cause they have now limit my betting to only a $20 wining at most. I use to be given maximum bets of like 10K now it's like below 250

Suspend your acc meaning? U cannot bet at all? Why do they need to suspend your acc?
I was also given restriction on my bet stakes and its has been for nearly a year, and they had not lifted it.
